AML/KYC
Edition: 30 October 2026
Scope of this page
This page explains identity-verification and financial-crime prevention concepts for an existing external matter. The independent bet 365 information guide does not verify players, receive identity documents, approve accounts or release payments. For Great Britain, the UK Gambling Commission register currently identifies Hillside (UK Sports) ENC, account 55148, with active remote licence 055148-R-331498-002 for its listed betting activities, and Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, account 55149, with active remote casino licence 055149-R-331499-004. The activities have distinct records. This scope is not automatically an authorisation for Northern Ireland or another country. UKGC Sports record · UKGC Gaming record The Great Britain terms effective 1 October 2026 identify Hillside (UK Sports) ENC, Malta registrationP1892, and Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, P1888. They include legal eligibility, age 18+, self-exclusion and verification conditions. A licence record does not guarantee acceptance of a particular applicant or establish that a particular document will be sufficient. General explanations below are not an account approval, a universal document checklist or a promise of a review deadline. Great Britain terms
Purpose of checks
Identity and transaction checks can help establish who controls an account, whether the customer is eligible and whether a payment belongs to that customer. Source-of-funds information concerns where money used for an activity came from. These checks are different from an editorial website's cookie preferences or referral attribution.
A request for further evidence is not, on its own, proof of wrongdoing. Respond through a verified channel and ask the operator to clarify what information is required and why if the request is unclear.
Identity and address information
For an existing verification case, compare the requested information with the precise official request and the account records already held by the responsible provider. Accepted evidence, image quality and validity cannot be confirmed by a general guide. If a name or address is wrong, ask the verified provider how to correct it rather than editing evidence or opening a replacement account.
Do not alter a document to conceal a mismatch or use someone else's identity. Ask the operator how to correct an honest registration error. Do not send documents to this guide, an unverified social account or an address copied from an unsolicited message.
Payment ownership and source of funds
An operator may ask for evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder or for information explaining the origin of funds. The appropriate evidence depends on the actual request and circumstances. Check which details must remain visible and which may be masked before uploading a bank or payment record.
Never disclose an account password, full authentication code or card security code to a person claiming to assist with verification. If you are uncertain about a request, contact support from within the operator's verified website rather than following a message link.
Monitoring and restrictions
Account or transaction activity may be reviewed under the operator's terms. While a review is pending, some functions may be restricted. The current terms should explain the relevant procedures; this guide cannot promise approval, a fixed deadline or release of a payment.
Keep transaction references and correspondence so you can explain the issue clearly. Do not attempt to bypass a review by creating additional accounts, routing payments through another person or providing fabricated evidence.
Records, privacy and assistance
The operator's privacy notice should explain how verification information is handled, retained and shared. Read it before supplying sensitive documents and use its stated channels for a privacy request. This editorial guide cannot access the operator's records or delete them for you.
If a review remains unresolved, follow the complaints process identified in the current account terms. Keep the dispute focused on the request, documents supplied and transaction involved. No unverified regulator, licensing claim or dispute jurisdiction is asserted by this overview.
Official references
The references identify the two current UKGC records and the Great Britain terms. Their different purposes remain separate: a register describes licensed activities, while the account terms address the relationship with the responsible entity. Neither reference is a portal for sending identity documents to this guide. The edition date does not certify that a particular personal review is complete or that funds can be released.
